What time formats are accepted?
You can enter times as MM:SS (e.g. 1:30), HH:MM:SS (e.g. 0:01:30), or plain seconds (e.g. 90). All formats refer to the same point in the video.
Will trimming affect video quality?
No — the trimmer uses stream copy mode which cuts the file without re-encoding the video or audio, so there is no quality loss at all.
What video formats are supported?
MP4, WebM, MOV, AVI, MKV, and OGG are all supported. The trimmed output keeps the same container format as your input file.
Are my videos uploaded to a server?
No — all trimming runs locally in your browser using WebAssembly. Your video file is not uploaded to Utilio servers for this tool.
